4 simple steps

1. 

   Call 0800 62 84 27. An Account Manager will visit your site, carry out a full evaluation, discuss your energy requirements and assist you with the steps below.

   Choose your appliances. A great range of gas appliances
   are available from an approved OnGas Appliance Retailer. As appliances/equipment varies from business to business, we suggest you contact us for advice on the most appropriate suppliers for you.

   
3. 

   Choose your gas supplier. We can advise on the energy retailers in your area who will bill you for the gas you use.

   
4. 

   Installation of appliances and cylinders. A certified gasfitter will install and run pipes from the meter to the various points around your home and install the appliances.

   

The gas is On! Your gasfitter will turn on the gas and ensure the installation is safe and meets all industry codes and standards. It is a legal requirement that a “Gasfitting Certification Certificate” is issued to you on completion.

Laying the pipe. The new gas service pipe will be laid from the street to your building and the gas meter mounted in a suitable location. In most cases this is completed within 10 days. If you have any individual requirements in terms timing or access we will endeavour to meets these. The cost of installation will be discussed and confirmed with you prior to this work commencing.
