IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ONGAS COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS STORING MORE THAN 100kg's OF LPG ON SITE!

The Hazardous Substances and New Organism (HSNO) have made changes to Regulations that may affect your business.

The regulations state that any organisation storing more than 100kgs of LPG on site must hold a HSNO Location Test Certificate for the LPG storage facility. The regulation also states that as your LPG supplier, OnGas must obtain a copy of your Location Test Certificate before 2 March 2012 in order to continue supplying you with LPG.

What you are required to do:
If you store more than 100kgs of LPG and hold a current Location Test Certificate please provide us with a copy of your current HSNO Location Test Certificate immediately to:

If you store more than 100kgs of LPG and DO NOT hold a current Location Test Certificate you need to get certified immediately.  Please contact EPA New Zealand on 04 916 2426 and ask for a Test Certifier in your area.   Alternatively you can visit http://www.lpga.co.nz/test_certifier_ltc_dec2010.pdf

Once you receive your HSNO Location Test Certificate, please provide us with a copy immediately to the details below.
