Piped Gas
The cost of getting piped natural gas connected to your home will vary, depending on the distance from the mains pipe to your home, and the ground conditions.
The cost of supply is determined by which Gas Supplier you choose.
If you live in an area where OnGas has a piped LPG network, there is a cost involved in getting a connection to your home. A fixed and variable charge will usually apply for the ongoing gas supply.
Bottled - LPG
There are some initial set up costs for your cylinder station which will be incurred from your gasfitter. These are items such as the concrete pavers to place the bottles on, chain set, regulator, regulator cover and hoses.
Annual Cylinder Rental
Rental is an annual fee of $126 for two 45kg cylinders in the North Island and $96 for two 45kg cylinders in the South Island.
Cylinder LPG Fill
The price per cylinder fill/re-fill depends on the area where you live. Different areas are divided into zones. OnGas picks up and replaces the empty cylinder with a full one. Call us on 0800 84 12 12 for pricing in your area.
